We believe that Lucy and Sam create some of the most gorgeous shaped lips on the East coast. With plenty of experience, training and interest (not to mention some practice on their own lips!) they are able to get you a NATURAL but plumper, more defined lips.
If your lips have lost definition over the years, or never had the fullness you would like, lip fillers can enhance the shape and volume of your lips to give you more definition to your smile and more confidence in your appearance. You can choose the exact look you want, whether that’s a subtle change or much fuller lips. We’ll create a personalised treatment programme to ensure your lips stay plump and continue to look great.
Lip Fillers can be used to create a fuller lip, but also they are very effective in renewing a youthful look. The mouth area tends to pucker with age and filler treatment helps to plump it back out.
Over the past few years fuller lips have been a growing trend, with movie actress Angelina Jolie and reality TV star Kylie Jenner leading the way. The key is to enhance the natural lip, to create a fuller look that isn’t too far removed from the natural lip line.
As the skin ages proteins and connective tissue acids are lost. This causes the skin to sag and form lines, most commonly around the mouth and the lips. We use hydrating hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers to fill these lines creating a more youthful look. These are not permanent and HA is a naturally occuring substance in all of our skin.
This costs £250 for up to a full millilitre of lip filler. A top up treatment of up to half a millilitre of lip filler costs £175. Request your appointment here.
Fillers can also be injected into the cheeks to define the cheek area and lift the lower face, thus creating a more youthful look. As we age the movement of the facial fat pads, bone and the loss of elasticity of the skin and connective tissue causes an inversion of the youthful triangular face. Cheek fillers are used to fight against this.
“I learnt how to treat facial lines from a cosmetic surgeon. As a dentist, I already have comprehensive training in the muscles and nerves of the face and the clinical environment and regulation to provide safe facial aesthetics to people. I’ve done over 10 000 injections in my career, plus I use the smallest, thinnest needles on the market so it really won’t hurt!” – Greg Miller
Frown lines, forehead lines and crows feet can all be treated very effectively.
It is easy to do and not as painful as you’d imagine. The muscle action is decreased for the areas of the face treated. This creates a quieter face and stops the lines from forming. However it still allows facial expressions when done expertly.
It takes two weeks to take full effect although you might notice some changes within two days. Effects last three months, although with continued use it may last for as long as six months between treatments.
One area = Crows feet, forehead lines or frown lines £150
Three areas = Crows feet, forehead lines AND frown lines £250
Used to improve what we call “crepey skin” when the skin has lost some of it’s elasticity and starts to sag. This is the most common type of filler treatment in Italy!
LOOK FORWARD TO A LONG LASTING, HEALTHY GLOW THANKS TO DEEP HYDRATION.
Skinbooster treatments create luminous skin in a natural way by gently and naturally smoothening the skin from the inside. It works by increasing the hydration within the skin to provide lasting moisture and improve the skin’s surface.
Each treatment involves a series of hydrating microinjections of long-lasting hyaluronic acid, also called stabilised HA, a water-loving substance found naturally in the body that maintains hydration in the skin. It is a softer form of the filler that we use in other areas.
Stabilised HA is a soft, gel-like substance that absorbs water and brings deep skin hydration to the treated areas, giving it improved firmness, elasticity and smoothness.
What you and everyone else will see is a wonderful and radiant skin.
Over time, the quality of your skin changes – collagen and elastic fibers disintegrate, and the spread and function of the body’s own hyaluronic acid change, making your skin drier, rougher and less elastic.
Skinboosters treatments can be used to improve the general skin quality of your face but also to improve exposed and sensitive areas such as your neck, décolletage and hands as well as areas with acne-scarred skin.
A typical treatment program with Skinboosters is made up of three treatment sessions with 2 to 4 weeks apart.
This costs £175 a session.
Toxin treatment can also be used to reduce sweating. It is most commonly performed in early summer, to reduce underarm sweating during the warmer months. A tiny amount of toxin is injected in several areas under the arm. It takes a few days to take effect and lasts for about 6 months. You will need shaved underarms for this treatment.
It costs £375

What is hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring molecule found in all skin and soft tissues throughout the body. It attracts and binds water in the skin, providing volume and hydration, but also ‘cushioning’ and supporting collagen and elastin fibres.
Dermal fillers are manufactured, usually through fermentation and cross linking with proteins to produce a clear, sterile gel for injection into the skin.
In the UK, there are over 160 brands on the market due in some part to weak regulation. Not all hyaluronic acids are the same and legitimate brands are NOT available for general sale on the internet and should only be administered by trained clinicians.
How does it work?
Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are a clear sterile gel in a syringe for injection into the skin providing instant correction.
– To correct or enhance facial contours; cheeks, temples, jawline, nose, chin
– To define, correct or enhance lips
– To soften and correct facial wrinkles or folds
– To restore lost volume in hands to reduce the appearance of veins and tendons
– To correct hollows under the eyes (tear troughs)
– To improve the tone, texture and hydration of the skin
Does it hurt?
Most leading brands also contain a local anaesthetic and we will apply topical anaesthetic cream prior to treatment to numb the skin or use injections of local anaethetic to numb it. Treatment need not be painful.
Your practitioner will provide aftercare advice designed to minimise risk and promote speedy recovery from any expected side effects.
Most people are able to continue with normal activities with immediate improvement in their appearance. Some will have some redness, pin prick marks, possibly swelling- particularly in the lips. Possibly bruising. Any swelling and bruising may be more apparent the next day.
Make-up should not be worn for 12 hours
You will be advised to avoid alcohol, vigorous exercise, sunbathing, and extremes of heat or cold for 14 days post treatment.
How long will it last?
Longevity does vary between products, and between individuals, but most will last between 6 months and 18 months.
Is it safe?
All treatments carry a degree of risk. All risks and complications will be discussed with you at consultation and prior to any treatment being agreed.
Dermal fillers should be administered by a healthcare professional with specialist training.
Side effects include, but are not limited to redness, swelling, bruising, itching and tenderness.
The above are temporary and usually resolve within the first few days, swelling is often marked the next morning but settles within hours, bruising can take a week to 10 days to resolve and can sometimes persist for longer.
Am I suitable for treatment?
